Lokomax Digital Product Delivery Process
Lokomax uses a documented delivery process so clients can understand what is happening, what requires approval, and what will be delivered.
1. Discovery and scope
We clarify the business goal, users, required journeys, available material, constraints, integrations, desired timing, and budget comfort. The output is an agreed scope or a defined discovery engagement.
2. Structure and direction
We organise the information, user flows, page structure, product states, and technical approach before detailed visual work begins.
3. Design and review
Interfaces are developed in reviewable stages. Feedback is connected to the agreed goals, and decisions are recorded before the next stage begins.
4. Build and integration
Approved designs are implemented with attention to responsive behaviour, accessibility, performance, content management, and maintainable structure.
5. Quality review and launch
We test important journeys, content, links, forms, responsive layouts, accessibility basics, analytics boundaries, and deployment requirements.
6. Handoff and support
The project closes with the agreed files, access, documentation, training, and optional support arrangement. Any work outside the original scope is proposed separately.
Communication and privacy
Project communication normally uses email, shared documents, Figma, and an agreed collaboration channel. Sensitive information should only be shared through an appropriate protected method. An NDA can be arranged before confidential strategy or technical material is exchanged.
